Senior Secretariat Roles

Role Overview
Senior Secretariat members are responsible for the overall academic direction, governance, and execution of MUNverse 2026. These roles involve decision-making authority, oversight of committees, and coordination across all conference functions.

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead conference planning and execution
  • Oversee committee structure and academic standards
  • Appoint and manage Directors and Assistant Directors
  • Ensure procedural fairness and professionalism
  • Handle escalations and institutional decisions

Eligibility:

Grade 8 and above

Who Should Apply

This role is intended strictly for individuals with prior MUN leadership experience and a demonstrated commitment to academic excellence.

Ideal applicants include:

  • Former Secretariat members, Heads of Departments, or senior organizers
  • Preferably Experienced Directors or Chairs from recognized MUN conferences
  • Individuals who see their future in fields such as Law, International Relations, Political Science, Public Policy, or Diplomacy
  • Candidates capable of handling decision-making authority, academic responsibility, and impartial judgment
