Senior Secretariat Roles
Role Overview
Senior Secretariat members are responsible for the overall academic direction, governance, and execution of MUNverse 2026. These roles involve decision-making authority, oversight of committees, and coordination across all conference functions.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead conference planning and execution
- Oversee committee structure and academic standards
- Appoint and manage Directors and Assistant Directors
- Ensure procedural fairness and professionalism
- Handle escalations and institutional decisions
Eligibility:
Grade 8 and above
Who Should Apply
This role is intended strictly for individuals with prior MUN leadership experience and a demonstrated commitment to academic excellence.
Ideal applicants include:
- Former Secretariat members, Heads of Departments, or senior organizers
- Preferably Experienced Directors or Chairs from recognized MUN conferences
- Individuals who see their future in fields such as Law, International Relations, Political Science, Public Policy, or Diplomacy
- Candidates capable of handling decision-making authority, academic responsibility, and impartial judgment
